Shipping Policy
- We currently ship across India.
- We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders above Rs. 499.
- Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below Rs. 500, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly mentioned during the checkout process.
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take longer (up to 10 business days) for orders shipped to remote or rural areas.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your order through our courier partner’s website.
- Failed Deliveries: If the courier cannot deliver your package due to incorrect shipping details or if no one is available to accept it, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
- While we aim to deliver within the estimated times, unexpected delays may occur due to courier partner issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will try to keep you informed if delays arise.
- We work with reliable courier services like India Post, Ecom Express, Xpress Bees etc… to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Ez Kart is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
