Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ez Kart. If you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds, subject to the following terms:
- You may return any product within 1 day of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received.
- In the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email).
- Refunds are processed according to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout or through UPI in case of COD.
- In case of any disputes related to payments, please contact our customer support team. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Beauty and Personal Care products (if opened or used).
- Perishable goods like food and health supplements.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Electronics (if the seal is broken or the product is damaged due to customer handling).
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 3 - 5 hours of delivery by contacting our customer service team at +918123334414.
- To process a return for damaged items, you will need to provide:
- Photos or videos of the damaged or defective product.
- The original packaging and labels.
- You sholud provide a full video of unboxing or unpackaging the order
- We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, including shipping charges.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item), Ez Kart will cover the return shipping costs.
- For other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
- If the refund is delayed beyond this timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or order errors.
